You’re invited to join us on Wednesdays, 6:15-7:00 PM for yoga classes with Beth Shelly. 

It’s an opportunity for you and guest to meet and greet the new fitness staff and sample a few of the classes set to be added to  fitness calendar.

 

Class formats will include:

Gentle Stretching

Core and More (abdominals/low back)

A Sensational Circuit (total body)

Cardio Blast (fast-paced drill-type workout)

Anusara Yoga (bring your own mats)

Tighten and Tone

Guts and Glutes (lower body and abdominal workout)

 

Light refreshments will be served.
